Name: Ella is a nickname from her full birth name and from the fact that she used to dream about the Cinderella tale. “I hate Cinderella now though; the fable’s degrading to women. However I will always lust for her glass slippers. Not to be confused with clear, plastic stripper platforms, of course.”
Bio: Raised to be quiet, awkward, Internet-loving, anti-cool and anti-popular, L also grew to be individualistic and brings that to KissMeStace.com. Suffering since tween-hood from an illness that leads to disability hindering job & some life opportunities, L still excelled studying English (writing) in college (also Comp Sci). She recently left her home state of Massachusetts for South Florida and her 1st apartment, and now knows what it means to be a “recessionista”. Even though she’s just now growing up and learning to be independent, L has always done all the art & coding for Lipped Media, as well as worn the hats of writer, editor, hirer, firer, marketer, secretary - almost everything.
While L loves the English language, puns & writing, and even writes music for hobby - her big dream is to design handbags and maybe later apparel or more. Sketching since age 12, she started sewing in early ‘07 and has completed several fiber and fabric handbags, and started on leather, before putting the profit-free hobby to rest for a time, but later (and first) she plans to make and sell virtual designs online through Second Life. During this recession, though, she will remain working harder on the blogs and luxury auctions.
