Aimee Sziklai Joins Guidehouse as a Leader in Commercial Payers Practice

Aimee Sziklai, an executive and experienced healthcare consultant, has joined management and technology consulting firm Guidehouse as a leader in its commercial payer practice. The new partner will be based in Los Angeles.

Sziklai has deep expertise in payor operations, with a focus on integrating cloud-based solutions and automation into health plan models. She has extensive experience in the healthcare industry in strategy and operations, business process outsourcing, technology, consulting, sales and supplier management.

Sziklai joins Guidehouse after working at the IT consultancy firm Capgemini, where she held the position of Head of the Healthcare Division for five years. Prior to that, she spent three years as Managing Director of the Three-Sixty Group Business Accelerator, where she advised emerging healthcare and medical technology companies on growth, performance and challenges. capital matters.

She was also previously COO of the Gold Coast Health Plan, where she oversaw $ 350 million in medical and pharmacy claims annually. Previously, Sziklai was the Director of Supplier Management at WellPoint (now Anthem), where she led the strategy and execution of domestic and foreign supplier activities, with an annual spend of $ 220 million.

She holds a BA in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
