Registration is now open for the annual HANYS Strategies, Weapons and Tactics Program, which takes place October 23-24 in Saratoga Springs. SWAT 2019 focuses on a growing problem: long discharge times for patients with complex needs who cannot easily be placed in non-hospital settings.
Visit our website for full event details and to register. Online registration closes October 14.
This education and networking event will foster conversation among attendees about the challenges hospitals face when trying to offload patients with complex cases and encourage solution-oriented discussions. A variety of stakeholders will participate, including HANYS member hospitals and long-term care facilities, policy makers, payers, representatives from other states, and interest groups representing patients with complex cases.
HANYS has reserved rooms at the Saratoga Hilton for the nights of October 22-23. Reserve your reservation before October 4 to take advantage of our special rate of $ 179.
